Global Resorts Network Developing A Marketing Plan

One of the biggest questions that I am asked when talking to people about Global Resorts Network is, “After I sign up with you what’s the next step?: What a great question. That is really what’s important.

It doesn’t matter if you are marketing Global Resorts Network or any business at all for that matter. Its extremely important that you have a road map a plan of attack. When you are first getting started with a new business you are trying to get to a place you have never been.

For a lot of people getting started with a home business is new and un familiar the problem is the industry as whole is full of un professionals seeing as there are not qualifications Basically anyone can get in. The problem is three are so many people out there trying to be leaders and have no idea what they are talking about trying to lead a team of people. This producers a environment where the blind are leading the blind. I see this all the time in Global Resorts Network.

For those of you that are unfamiliar let me explain it with this analogy. When you get into Global Resorts Network or any home business for that matter you are obviously looking to get somewhere. For some its financial freedom, more time at home, fire there boss what ever it is you have some destination or end result in mind. Just like if you lived in Florida and you really wanted to go to Oregon for some reason or another.

For the sake of this analogy lets just pretend like this is the old days before cars, plains, map quest and all that stuff. Now because you are familiar with that process you obviously know that the fastest and easiest way to accomplish that is by taking the time to sit down, get out the map and plan your route. Right? However it doesn’t seem that way at first. Taking out the map and sitting down planning the route could take hours. If I just run out the door right now that would be faster. That’s not the case though. We would be sure to get lost, frustrated and probably give up. Some would probably make it but it would take 10 times as long probably.

The same exact thing applies to our business. Unfortunately the majority of people take this approach and run at it with no plan of attack and end up getting frustrated confused and eventually give up. There are a few steps that are necessary if you are going to ever attempt to be good in this industry.

The first thing is to find a good leader and team to join with. It doesn’t have to be someone who is a expert but someone who is honest. Someone that will admit that they don’t know everything and wont lead you down the wrong path pretending like they know what they are doing when they really don’t. Find out who there leader with the knowledge is and make sure they spend there time teaching there team how to duplicate.

The seconded thing is to begin with the end in mind. Find out Exactly where you want to go by when, Keep it realistic if you only have 2 hours a day to work and a thousand dollars to invest than you will probably not make a million dollars in the next month. Examine your resources and determine a realistic goal.
The last thing is to schedule some time with you leader to develop a plan of attack . You want to map out actions steps that you can start implementing today that will move you closer to your goal. Once you reach that goal start over and do this same thing again.
